No Unsolicited Advertising or Self-Promotion

• Refrain from advertising products, services, or personal projects unless permitted by Greet administrators.

Report Violations

• If you see content that violates these guidelines, report it to moderators instead of engaging with it.

Consequences for Violations

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in:

• A warning from moderators.
• Temporary or permanent suspension from the forum.
• Removal of posts or comments that violate our policies.

Spam Policy

Spam disrupts meaningful discussions and diminishes trust. Spam includes but is not limited to:

• Selling illegal products or services, including weapons, drugs, or fraudulent schemes.
• Promoting unauthorized streaming links or get-rich-quick scams.
• Coordinated inauthentic activity, such as vote manipulation.
• Repeatedly posting the same content or deceptive links.
• Posting questions or comments solely to drive traffic to external sites for profit.

Harassment and Bullying

Harassing, intimidating, or humiliating others is not tolerated. Examples include:

• Persistently messaging someone after being blocked.
• Creating spaces or discussions solely to harass individuals.
• Targeted insults or attacks based on personal attributes, such as appearance or identity.
• Sharing personal or confidential information (doxxing) without consent.

If there is a question about you on Greet that you believe is inappropriate, you have the right to request its removal.

Hate Speech

We do not allow content that:

• Attacks individuals or groups based on race, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.
• Uses slurs or dehumanizing language.
• Denies historically documented events targeting protected groups (e.g., the Holocaust, Armenian Genocide).

Harmful Activities & Self-Harm

• Threats of violence or calls for harm are strictly prohibited.
• Glorifying or promoting self-harm, eating disorders, or violence is not allowed.
• Graphic violent images as profile pictures or group icons are not permitted.

Sexual Exploitation & Abuse

Children and Minors

• Any sexually explicit or suggestive content involving minors is strictly forbidden and will be reported to authorities.
• Soliciting or exchanging explicit material involving minors will result in an immediate ban.

Animals

• No sexually explicit or suggestive content involving animals.

Adults

• Non-consensual or violent sexual content is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing explicit content without consent (e.g., revenge porn) is not allowed.

Impersonation and Deception

• Do not impersonate others or create multiple accounts to manipulate engagement or evade enforcement actions.
• Misrepresentation of identity or credentials is not permitted.

Intellectual Property and Personal Rights

• Do not post content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

Profile Names

On Greet, you can choose your display name, but it must not:

• Contain profanities, slurs, or explicit content.
• Include phone numbers or other personal information.

If your name is flagged incorrectly, you may appeal at greetyourworld.com/contact-us.

Special Cases

• Businesses may create an account but are not guaranteed verification.
• Titles such as “Dr.” and academic degrees (e.g., PhD, MD) should be in credentials, not in profile names.

Using the Greet Brand

Unauthorized use of the Greet brand name, logo, or variations is not allowed.

Adult Content

• Adult content is only allowed in designated Spaces and must be appropriately tagged.
• It is not permitted in profile pictures, Space icons, or public topic images.
• Sexually graphic or explicit content is prohibited.

Reporting Violations

If you find content that violates Greet’s policies, report it via our contact form.

Enforcement

Greet reserves the right to take appropriate action, including warnings, content removal, and account suspension.
